Can I return the furniture if I'm not satisfied?

Yes.

We offer a guarantee of satisfaction with your purchase. All orders must be inspected immediately upon receipt. All claims must be made within ten days of receipt of the merchandise, and all returns require pre-approval and an authorization number in order to be accepted. No claims for missing or damaged goods will be accepted after ten business days after the date of delivery. Any claim made due to damage incurred while shipping must be filed with the appropriate carrier and is not the responsibility of Decades Furniture.

Custom-sized items are not returnable.
